Roger Alan Harrison, 73, of Galesville, WI passed away on Saturday, May 2, 2020, at his home surrounded by his loving family.
Roger was born on October 2, 1946, in Indiana to Theodore and Ruth (Manning) Harrison. He graduated from Independence High School. On June 15, 1968, Roger married Eileen Semb. He was proud to follow in his father's footsteps as a career trucker. He enjoyed being on the road and making conversation with anyone and everyone. Those who knew Roger will remember him as being one of a kind with a quick witted humor.
Roger is survived by his wife of 51 years, Eileen; daughters: Amy (Mark) Thompson of Fond du Lac, Sandy Harrison of Marshfield, Bobbie (Nate) Nelson of Holmen; grandchildren: Courtney and Sawyer Thompson, Liam, Camden, and Ansley Nelson; his mother: Ruth Harrison of Arcadia; sisters: Heidi (Carl) Kube of Westby, Tina Feuerbach of La Crosse, Anne (Steve) Schmidt of Kentucky. He was preceded in death by his father: Theodore and sister: Penny Johnson.
Funeral Services will be held on May 21, 2021, at 11:00 AM at Holy Family Parish, Arcadia, with Rev, Kyle Laylan officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, rural Arcadia. Friends and family may call on Friday from 10:00 AM until the time of services at the church.
