Frank McKeeth

November 1, 1931 ~ November 4, 2020 (age 89)

Obituary

Frank Raymond McKeeth, 89, of Arcadia, passed away on Wednesday, November 4, 2020, at Grandview Care Center in Blair.

Frank was born at home in Galesville on November 1, 1931, to John and Cora (Roseland) McKeeth.  He grew up in Galesville and always spoke fondly of all of the memories he made there.

One of Frank’s greatest accomplishments was marrying the love of his life, Connie Hermann, at the bell tower in the Blair Park on June 4, 1988.  He loved the life he made with Connie, and the couple was blessed with their daughter, Carol.  Frank was a true gift to this world.  He loved everyone he met and loved to make everyone smile.  He enjoyed being outside, going for walks, and fishing with friends.  When at home, he found happiness drinking his Pepsi, watching The Price is Right and Dukes of Hazard.  You would always find a huge puzzle being worked on at the kitchen table, but Frank also enjoyed word searches and playing Solitaire.

He enjoyed walking all over the City of Arcadia, seeing and talking to people, and being out and about to enjoy each day. He was employed at the Galesville Canning factory, ORC Industries in Arcadia, and finally, in janitorial at Ashley Furniture until his retirement.  Frank truly cherished every memory he made, and the foot print he made in our lives will forever be cherished and remembered.

Frank is survived by his wife: Connie of Arcadia; daughter: Carol (John Olinger) Heffner of Independence; grandsons: Masyn and Makade; sisters: Carol Gullickson and Rose Williams; brother: John (Audrey) McKeeth; and many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers: Russel and Donald; and brothers-in-law: Roland Gullikson and Cliff Williams.
