Robert "Bob" T. Davis, 73, of Arcadia died on Saturday, January 18, 2014, suddenly at Mayo Clinic Health System in La Crosse surrounded by his family. Bob was born on January 17, 1941, in Arcadia to Harry and Maude (Bishop) Davis.
Bob graduated from Arcadia High School. He married Jeannine Jereczek on July 17, 1965, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Pine Creek, WI. He was a member of Holy Family Parish. Bob had worked for Jensen Tie and Lumber and was working at Hawkeye Forrest Products. Bob was a car enthusiast; buying, selling, driving and looking at cars were his passion along with spoiling his grandchildren.
Bob is survived by his children: Carmen (Tim) Wilson of Osseo, Lee Davis of Onalaska, Shawn (Maria) Davis of Holmen; 9 grandchildren: McKenzie, Davis, Ajay Wilson, Emerald, Carter Davis, Shawna, Cassidy, Gracy, and Steven Davis. He also survived by his sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law: Doris Davis of Blair, Charlene Helms of Little Chute, Jerome "Jerry" (Ruth) Jereczek of Trempealeau, and Kenneth (Diane) Jereczek of Pine Creek. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Jeannine on April 21, 2012; and his brother, Jerry Davis.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2014, at 12:00 PM (noon) at Holy Family Parish with Rev. Sebastian Kolodziejczyk officiating. Friends may call on Friday, from 4:00 PM to 8: 00 PM at the Wozney-Killian Funeral Home where there will be a 7:00 PM prayer service and a 7:30 PM rosary. They may also call on Saturday from 11:00 AM to time of services at the church. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery.
