Harry Edward Rhude, 91, of Pigeon Falls and formerly of Arcadia died on Thursday, January 18, 2018, at the Pigeon Falls Nursing Home in Pigeon Falls, WI.
Harry was born on December 24, 1926, in Whitehall, WI to Alvin and Magna (Johnson) Rhude. Harry had a twin sister, Harriet. Harry farmed in rural Arcadia. He liked to play cards, shake dice, and work on cars. Harry mowed the lawn and cemetery at Fagernes Lutheran Church for many years as well as delivered papers for the Arrow Shopper.
Harry is survived by his friend, Opal Olson of Arcadia and her family. He was preceded in death by his twin sister: Harriet Erickson, brother-in-law: Ervin Erickson and nephew: Douglas Erickson.
Friends may call on Friday, January 26, 2018, from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Wozney-Killian Funeral Home. Services will be held at 6:00 PM at the funeral Home, with Rev. Kary Jonas officiating. Burial will be at 11:00 AM Saturday, January 27, 2018 at Fagernes Lutheran Cemetery in the township of Preston, WI.
