Joyce A. Moe, 70, of Arcadia died on Sunday, February 9, 2014, at Lake Winona Manor in Winona, MN. Joyce was born on July 5, 1943, in Arcadia to Lambert and Clarice (Bjorge) Urbick. She attended Arcadia High School. Joyce married Richard Moe on December 4, 1965, at American Lutheran Church in Arcadia. Joyce had worked at Ashley Furniture Industries, Piggly Wiggly, and had also tended bar in Arcadia.
Joyce is survived by her children: Randy Moe of Arcadia, Rodney Moe of Whitehall, Rollie (Barbara) Moe of Onalaska, Ray (Michelle) Moe of Winona, Rhonda Moe of Arcadia; siblings: Betty J. Knutson of Arcadia, Sharon (Robert) Byrne of Trempealeau, Larry (Janet) Urbick of Greenwood, Roger Urbick of Whitehall, Lambert "Herbie" Urbick of Independence; and 13 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister, Sonia Raab, and nephew, Robert Bryne Jr.
Memorial services will be held on Thursday, February 13, 2014, at 11:00 AM at Christ Lutheran Church, Arcadia, WI with Rev. Peter Jonas and Intern Kim Sturtz officiating. Friends may call on Thursday from 10:00 AM until the time of services at the church. Burial will be in spring at Fagernes Lutheran Cemetery in rural Blair.
