Everett G. Korpal, 97, of Arcadia died on Thursday, November 12, 2015, at Gundersen Tri County Care Center in Whitehall, WI. Everett was born on May 25, 1918, in Arcadia to Lewis B. and Clara (Woychik) Korpal. He married Bernice Guza on October 10, 1944, on the farm. They later divorced. He then married Marian Przybilla; she died on July 3, 1995.
Everett farmed in the town of Arcadia, worked at Ladish in Milwaukee, for the Rail Road, Land O'Lakes and Ashley Furniture Industries. He was a member of Holy Family Parish.
Everett is survived by his children: Dennis (Rose) Korpal of Arcadia, Kenneth (Jacki) Korpal of Fountain City, Cassie (James) Losinski of Arcadia, Don (LiAnn) Korpal of Arcadia, Randy (Heidi) Korpal of Rochester; 9 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; and a sister: Loretta Slaby of Arcadia. He was preceded in death by his wife, brothers: Ernest, Eugene, and Richard, sister: Evelyn Schock, and 2 grandsons: Jason Losinski and Adam Kiedrowski.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, November 16, 2015, at 11:00 AM at Holy Family Parish, Arcadia with Rev. Sebastian Kolodzieczyk officiating. Friends may call on Monday from 9:00 AM until the time of services at the church. Burial will be in St. Stanislaus Cemetery in rural Arcadia.
